It'd be great if I could type a quick letter combo and it would open my working plan rather than searching for it.

Are you only using one view as your working plan? I'm used to people having multiple, depending on if it's 3D vs specific floors.
To get to letter combo speed, you're probably talking a 3rd party add-in.... which honestly isn't all that much faster than just naming your working plan something stupid like 'zz' and then searching for 'zz' using the Project Browser's search tool at the top. It'd be the difference of two mouse clicks and some wrist movement.
Good view organization would fix this.
Native Revit shortcuts can target commands, but not a specific view. For a true key combo, a small pyRevit command can open a view by its exact name, and that command can then be assigned in Keyboard Shortcuts. Otherwise, Project Browser search is the built-in option.
Hope this helps. If it solves the issue, you’re welcome to mark it as a solution so others can find it more easily.
