curtain panels pattern based error

Hi,

 I tried to create a curtain panels pattern based, but it seems not correct.

I don't know what happened it

it should be created like this photo

but when I created it, it always boxes shape...

Please let me know what should I do about it

You need to select the path lines AND the profile circle to create form.

You need to select the circle, not the point.

finally, I got it! lol

and can I ask one more thing?

How do I remove the purple surface?

The purple is the mass. You can set the view to Show Mass by View Settings and turn off mass category. Or edit the conceptual mass family, select the form and set it to Invisible
