Curtain panel pattern based - Fit to Tile Error

I created a pattern based curtain wall form using the surface mass divide method. My form is 90 degrees with a top angle. I created the form using reference lines and used an angled reference plane to set the top angle intersect. My panels only fit to tile at the corner and error out as I attempt to fit the remaining panels to tile. I checked my pattern based curtain wall family - it flexes fine and doesn't seem to be over-constrained. Any insight into what is happening? I am baffled.

You will need to create an Adaptive Component to fill in the edges.
