Curtain Door family load wont load in project

Hello, 

I am trying to load in a curtain door family into the project. I've tried through Architecture > Door > Load Family. Also tried Insert> Load Family. I am still getting this message. 

How do I load a curtain door family intor the project? Thanks

Hit escape or the Modify button on the ribbon

Note:

• Curtain wall doors are used by replacing a panel in a Curtain wall element (these are modeled using Curtain Wall Door Template)
• The workaround to place these in a basic wall is to insert an imbedded curtain wall (no mullions) into the basic wall then swap the panel to a CW Door
• If you need to place a door (frameless or with mullions) in a basic wall you will need to load one which is modeled using the basic Door Template.
