Creating Spaces from Linked Architecture Model Rooms - Not Identifying Room Boundary Lines

Spaces not identifying separation lines from architecture linked model. 

On some levels we have rooms created and separated from the corridors by utilizing separation lines. 

In utilizing the "Space" tool these spaces are not identifying rooms as room bounded by anything. 

I wanted to share what I have checked so far in case I am missing soemthing .

• The arch linked model has the checkbox for "Room bounding"
• Levels are vertically aligned 
• The room does exist in the arch model

I have read this link before and added notes on my original post from what I have tried. 

Do you have any new tips or ideas of what may be going wrong?

Not sure I understand. Is the Link "Room Bounding"?  Did you check that box under the Link's Properties?

Yes I did check that box.

What's your View Range Cut Plane set to?  Is it too high?

Separators are level based. They might have been placed on a split/interim level or by mistake on the the TOS instead of FFL... The plan view might look the same and one could see rooms and spaces on the lower or upper level but the bounding properties of the separator remain only relevant on the host level or the level it was placed on so to say..
