Creating new family Light Fixtures

I cannot load new Families for light fixtures, and upload the IES files. The light source button is not visible and I need to load my own Light fixtures. We use the CREE products from europe. Maybe there is a library fro them?

You painted the broad strokes, but it's lacking enough info to help you.  Maybe you can zip and post the family?  Or provide illustrations?

Hi there. I am doing a light design and i need to use the CREE fixturers but i cannot add the lights and IES details to the family? I tried to follow the instructions on Autodesk but cannot see the buttons i need to use......i am also unable to find a library for the units to download. All our clients use CREE and it is crucial for me to get it into the family

You need to post the family so we can help you out.  You may get lucky searching youtube for a tutorial.
