creating master keynote schedule with division headers

i am creating a master keynote schedule that will show all keynotes in project. i would like to have each csi/master format division to show up as a header e.g.

DIVISION 01

  01 00 03 ABCDEFG

  01 00 04 HIJKLMNO

what I am looking to do is to include each division name as a header in the keynote schedule. similar to a sheet index where you can create headers for each discipline i.e. Architectural, Structural, Mechanical.

I understand that you can have categories and sub-categories in your text file. I would like those categories to show up in revit as a header for each division. if have a master keynote schedule  on a sheet I would like each division (csi/master format) to show up/read as a header.

I did not see in the article where this is shown how to do?

For each line item you have to specify where that line item will appear under. 

So I clicked post too early...

Definitely suggest the add-in Keynote Manager from Revolution Design to make it a lot easier to create your keynote file.

So what I am showing only relates to how a keynote can be selected...

You cannot create a keynote legend that shows the different categories.  You will have to be creative and create multiple keynote legends with dummy text for the header category.

I'm having the same difficulties.  My company is using the Keynote Manager by Revolution Design.  It's a wonderful tool and helps emmensly while working on projects with inexperienced people who do not understand how to modify a Keynote file correctly.  Regardless, How do I get my Master Condoc List to display with the Divisions and headers?  The Keynote file is managed by the add-in so and when you click on an item to change the keynote, the typical Revit Keynote window appears with all of the correct divisions and sub-headers.  Please see the images below for examples of how the Keynotes look in the Keynote Manager, Revit Keynote Dialogue, and the actual text file created by the Keynote Manager.
