Creating A Schedule Using Room Floor Area and Associated Window Areas

For local authority submissions we are required to calculate the natural light and ventilation per habitable room.

I would like to create a schedule that links the area in each room to the glazed doors and windows in that room and then provide a percentage of each. 

Has anyone done this before and have a guideline in how to set up? Or even better a schedule template.

Yes you can add room parameters to the window schedule and calculate the ratio.
