Creating a Pattern on a Curved Wall Surface in Revit

Hello everyone,

I'm trying to create a pattern on a curved wall surface, similar to the blue areas shown in the diagram. I've attempted several approaches, but none have achieved the desired result:

  1. Curtain Wall Family(1): I was unable to make each panel arch-shaped.
  2. Wall Splitting (2 and 3): I'm unable to calculate the precise widths along the curve.
  3. Rail Family(4): This seems to encounter similar issues as the curtain wall family.

Is it feasible to accomplish this design directly in Revit, or would I need to integrate Dynamo to make it possible?

Thank you for any advice or guidance you can provide!

use the Curtain wall method, but after its made, swop out the panels with a Wall type.

curtain panel is flat...

the "wall" is curved.... make small mullions to show reveals between the panels.

What about a Model Surface Pattern?  Easy, breezy.
