Creating a 2D Component and Saving it to library

Hello,

How do I create a component in 2D and save it to the library so I can use it again in another project, 

these components I'm making are only simple detailed lines with text for 2D view only.

don't create 2d components in the project , rather go new-->family-->detail line. now do whatever you want and save as family wherever you want.
