create model along the line on the dome

Does anyone know how to create a line along this line on the dome? (My friend created the line by powerpoint)

You can create a grid line on each line, place section on grid line or framing Elevation on grid line, and draw model line in the view.  But what is the reason that you need to trace the line? There maybe a better approach if we understand the goal.

its for the cable on top of the dome. Any better ideas? i found out how to create that line using adaptive family
