Create a unique smart finish schedule

I am trying to create a finish schedule that can look like the attached setup on a sheet, but will be smart enough to accept the information and transfer to a secondary sheet that we print 8.5x11. I am not quite sure the best way to do this without having to type simple text twice or copy and paste over and over every time there is a change. The setup is a requirement that I can't get around or I most definitely would.

Make each a detail group and paste on the other sheet.  Update one group instance and all the copies get updated.

As alternative writing a Dynamo script should be able to assist with this.
