corrupt file for one user

We're using BIM360 for a project which has 4 linked models into a site combined model. All models are opening fine on every user's PC except for one. Suddenly one user is getting a corrupt file error while opening a building model. He doesn't get this with any other model and no other user is getting this when opening the same model he's trying to access. 

 

we've audited the file, deleted local copies and checked the space on his PC. All check out fine. 

 

Any other ideas?

Not as familiar with B360 as I should be, can you delete your local and re-create it?

Yes we've done that a few times and we still get the same error.

all user's of worksharing file should have the same Revit build. thanks
