Is there a way to copy revision sequences from one Revit project file to another project file?

Does this only apply to "Per Project" settings?  I have this issue on my project where someone deleted all the revision sequences and I need to bring them back in from an archived model but Transfer Project Standards does not work. Our project is set to "Per Sheet".

if you have a list or an excel files for all the sheets and revisions on them, it could be done by the API.

I know its an old thread, but in case somebody stumbles upon it looking how to transfer Revisions between projects, pyRevit does this now. Won't batch Copy all Rev Clouds to/from open project, which is what I'm looking for.
