Copy/Monitor Can't select family - Trying to Change Host Type

I'm trying to convert a wall based family to a face based family as outlined here:

However, when I get to the copy portion of the collaborate -> copy/monitor. I can't select the family to "copy". 

I've attached the file that I'm trying to convert/link - Project A and Project B

Any ideas why I can't do this?

You need to change the family to a category that supports copy monitor such as Mechanical Equipment.
