Converting 3D Scans/Point Cloud to BIM-ready Revit Geometry

Hi, I have received As-Built Drawings for a project as .pts and .rcs files. I needed a BIM-ready 3d Revit Model (2017) – with walls, floor, roof, windows, doors, etc, so that I can edit/modify it for Architectural/Construction Drawings. Is there a quick way to convert a Point Cloud 3D Scan into a Revit Model? Or does one need to model out the individual walls etc?

In other words, can a 3D scan be translated into BIM-ready 3D Revit objects directly, without manual conversion effort? If yes, how?

Please Note: This is NOT a question of Inserting / Linking Point Clouds.

No.  Wish there was though.  But, then again, what would need us for then.

Some point clouds scanning companies offer conversion services. Do a google search.
