Convert iam to rfa from Inventor, not showing section properly when open in Revit family

Hi,

I have this Inventor assembly converted to Revit family. It works well, but the blades are missing in the section. When I zoom out, they appear dots instead.

Strange enough, I don't have this problem when I open this family in a project file.

The sections of the blade only missing in Revit family environment.

Can anyone help me out? Thanks a lot.

In the family environment, any import object will not exhibit proper cutting behavior unless those objects are exploded to convert into Revit objects. However once you load into a project, those import objects will inherit cutting ability. This is why your object shows correctly in the project environment and not in the family environment. This behavior also exists when you import CAD.
