Controlling level annotations

Hello group.

I created all my levels in North elevation. They look aligned in this view. In the 3d view, however, they are just randomly placed along the horizontal planes. They are all at the correct levels vertically. They don't wrap around the building graphics nicely like they're supposed to. I'm learning. I have searched the internet for a solution but cannot find anything. Can anyone help me align them and tell me how I got into this mess in the first place, please?

I have attached screenshots of my blunder.

Select them, right click and choose Maximize 3d extent.

You need Elbows, dude (or dudette).  Or, a smaller scale.  Just saying.

Hi ToanDN.

Thank you! So simple but I couldn't find anything on the net. Even searching in Revit help.

I really appreciate this help.

I can make my presentation sheets now!

Thanks, barthbradley

They have elbows. However, you are correct, they're still a little crowded and I need to fix them but that wasn't the problem I couldn't solve.

Fixed now!

Hi, bathbradley.

I did appreciate your input. Thank you for taking the time.

Are you saying it's possible to change the scale of just the level annotations?

The digits seem huge in comparison to the model and I've had a play but I can't find anywhere to change their size.

Thanks, Louise -dudette 🙂
