Constraints are not satisfied - window family

Hello all,

I want to create a window family.

As you can see in the .rfa file I have created two reference plan , with the first one I want to control the Gap from the wall and with the secont one I want to control the insert of window.

I am trying to 'lock' the detail that I have created in these reference plan, so when I move the reference line to move also the detail.

Sometimes by chance I can do it some others I took the message ' Constraints are not satisfied'.

How Can I do it? What steps I need to follow? It seams that if I just allign the detail in the reference plan, it doesn;t work always..

Thank you!

You have some rouge elements displaced a great distance from the origin in the detail family. I deleted them and the detail seems to work fine in the Host Family now.  See attached revised family

Hello @barthbradley ,

Thank you for your notice! I delete them and I advanced a little bit with the family.

But again when I change the width or the insert parameters the profiles don't follow the new value..

I have multiple times align and lock each profile with the reference plans, but when I add a new reference plan or when I make a change always something goes wrong.

Thank you in advance!
