BDSP includes other packages - autocad, 3ds Max etc as well as the full version of 'Revit'*

Revit is also available as a standalone package.

cost wise if you need Max, Autocad etc then BDSP is better value.

*Previously there were different flavours of Revit - Architecture, Structures and MEP the version that came with BDSP included all 3 while the standalone versions were a particular flavour.  I think now with 2017 there is no difference between the standalone version and the BDSP version - both contain full functionality.

Building Design Suite Premium is the most recommended.  Besides having Autocad to help you deal with non-Revit using consultants, you also have 3D Max for rendering and Navisworks to assist with coordination efforts.

The software included in the 2017 suites can be reviewed on this page of the Autodesk site.

Note that the Premium version includes Navisworks Simulate.  If you want the clash detection that is only available in Navisworks Manage, you will need the Ultimate version.
