Configuring Revit to Display Summed Volume, Area, and Length for Selected Elements

Hello everyone, I would like to know if there is a way to configure the software to display the volume, area, and length according to the selected elements, by summing them up.

Please find attached an image to aid in understanding.

I appreciate any guidance or suggestions you can provide.

Thank you!

AFAIK that is hard coded, intended to show there are multiple elements selected, only can change the text indicator. But you can do it in schedules, by activating field calculation in Formatting tab and filtering desired elements (i.g. adding them the same Mark value).

Yes, I am aware that it is possible to achieve that using schedules and field calculations. However, it can be quite time-consuming, especially for quick measurements. I was hoping for a more efficient and intuitive solution, where the volume, area, and length could be displayed directly upon selecting the desired elements.

Thank you!

Yeah, it will be nice. The idea is already posted on the board, you can vote:
