Verify if the view template had changed the Far Clipping Visible parameter to No Clipping (or viceversa).
If it is so, reassign the view template to the section and checked Far Clipping by Line (or viceversa).
Then crop lines should come back in the section tags in plan view.
Thanks for the anwnser.
I tried this and it didn't work.
I forgot to mention that the crop region only disappears if a visible option is selectet. Maybe ist has somthing to do with that?
Hi,
The visibility of Crop Regions controlled from Properties Crop Region Visible. Maybe this option is disabled by mistake.
Or in view control bar
You can also control the visibility of Crop region in printing and export to pdf from print setup -> Hide Crop Boundaries

Indeed! Apparently the crop region is always set to whatever design option its corresponding section tag is set to. If the View Template applied have the Visibility Settings for Design Options set to "<Automatic>" instead of the specified design option, there will be trouble. Try removing the View Template and restore the Visibility Settings back to the desired design option. The crop region should appear again.
Apparently if you copy the defect section once everything works as it should.
