How would one go about creating the above in Revit? I understand the concept of a master plan that includes all the house types on the site. But how would I go about creating a concept of the plots and areas within Revit?

Similar to Parcels in Civil 3D if anyone has used them, some level of automation when creating plot layouts. Is their an add-in?

-Use Property Lines. You can input them according to your survey information.

-Use Toposurfaces and sub-regions with materials applied to make the colors.

-Be aware, Revit's site tools are not very good. But with some creative work you can produce pretty decent looking site plans.

-There is an add-in: https://apps.autodesk.com/RVT/en/Detail/Index?id=7736908368798857578

Adds some better tools, but still not really impressive.

-There is a "new workflow" for using Civil 3D and Revit--not sure how good it really is?

I,m looking for something a little more automated, I've created a little script in dynamo that will create road edge and pathway then Topo surfaces for Plots so I can schedule areas. The inputs being a road centre line and Site Boundary. Does this exist as an add on for Revit or capabilities within Revit? something that would make sense to be in site designer. Plot Design.PNG

Not sure I understand what you are starting with or what you are tasked with.  Have you been provided a Plat Map? Are you tasked with creating Plot Plans?
