Component Drop Down Missing in Revit LT 2020.2

The Component tool is referenced in the Daniel Stine Tutorial I'm working through as having a down-arrow to access the Model In-Place tool and subsequently open the Family Category and Parameters dialogue.  There is no down-arrow for the Component tool in my version of Revit.  After searching the Revit Help site I am stuck.  I'd be grateful for help on this.

this isn't in LT

since the tutorial is using full Revit there will be a lot functions that are not in LT
