Combine Element names in schedule

I'm trying to group elements in a schedule by their dimensions, but i also need to combine their names like in the images below. Is it possible?

 

The schedule i have:

That sort of combination (shown in the image) is not possible in Revit. Is possible if you use Dynamo

Thank you for your answer, i was trying not to use dynamo, because i wanted the schedule to update automatically if something is change in the project.
