The X value is a dummy. So basically I reference the area and use the that to give me the dummy value. The formula read if(area>0sf, "X", "X"). Regardless if it is yes or no, it will give you X text. You can reference either metric or imperial area. As long as there is a existing parameter, you can create dummy text out of it.
