How does Revit Calculate the Volume of the column and the RW

And How to force Revit to calculate the full volume of column and the rest volume of RW

I have a question related to intersection of objects too plz :

after i drew wall foundation ( PC footing ) all elements became dash lines ( columns , walls , col footings ) ... what does this mean ?

Check Structural plan Level, view range, and type settings of structural plane, whether you looking up or down
