I havent seen any recent post to forums so I wanted to follow up to see if there has been a feature added to import a COBie spreadsheet back into a Revit Model after updating data? Or is there a way to easily edit COBie data for multiple items as excel can be used for?

As of the latest updates, Revit does not natively support importing a COBie spreadsheet back into a Revit model after updating data. However, there are a few approaches you can consider to manage and edit COBie data efficiently:

Third-Party Add-ins:

Several third-party add-ins, such as CTC tools or Ideate software, are available for Revit that can help with COBie data management. These add-ins often provide functionality to import, export, and synchronize COBie data between Revit and Excel. Some popular add-ins include BIM Interoperability Tools by Autodesk and other specialized COBie tools.
You can use also Dynamo for Revit:

Dynamo, a visual programming tool for Revit, can create custom scripts that read and write data to and from Excel. You can use Dynamo to automate updating COBie data in your Revit model based on changes made in an Excel spreadsheet.
