Hi there! I am attempting to render in cloud, which I've done several times before. I continue to get an error message that reads "An error occurred. The file could not be translated -1." I've read the FAQ's for this error message, but could not seem to resolve the problem. Are there any other solutions out there? My Revit was recently updated, but I have had no issues rendering since until now. Thank you to anyone who has advice!
Try to eliminate elements from the view to see if anything is causing the issue. Start with only walls, if no issue there then something with in the view could be causing an issue.
