HER BATH FF1 m1-AR_38,39-Model.jpgHi anybody is working with classical revit project ? Please expline to me how to manage the various types of wall in your project .Each room haS different thickness of wall ,different finishes in wall  and niches ect .its difficult to make each wall to slice and make in new type. see the image

I had such experiencies and from my point of view  there are at least two methods :

  1. the first one more, suitable for a boarding with repeated panels, is to use a Curtain System (by Face )  with infilled parametric panels.  Before making this Curtain System (if the panel system is not applied directly on the existing walls) it is good to make a Mass rough volume , to use its faces as base for the Curtain System...
  2. in case of a more complicate wood Paneling I used Faced base Families ( using as host existing walls or make a Mass rough volume as in option 1) for every distinct items - as I would do if I were to build this in real life....Assemby these families as desired .I used also: Component > Model in Place - sweep for plinth and cornices
