How to sum up the “material: area” and “material volume” for each material?

I wanted to sum up “material: area” and “material volume” of each material but couldn’t figure out how to accomplish this task

Please, have a look on the attached screenshots

  • The first screenshot shows the entire table
  • The second table show the options that I have chosen to calculate the “material: area” and “material volume” of each material.

Unfortunately, the result doesn’t show the total “material: area” and “material volume” of each material.

Where might be my mistake?

Thank you

Best

Jamal

Try this:

  • from Formating > for Material:Area and Material:Volume > check Calculate Totals....

I have the same problem and I checked the "calculate totals" option but it's not appearing in my table. Do i need to turn something on? Also, how do I get it just to list the material once with the total area, rather than listing the area in each wall where it appears?

Edit your schedule:
- Group By: Material
- Uncheck Itemized every Instance.
