Changing zero datum

Previous I have set my revit elevation datums from ground level being 0 as Revit does normally. I now want the DPC level to be 0 and the ground level to be -150mm. I tried offsetting the ground level to 150mm and rename it to DPC but the other elevation levels still reference from 0. What's the best way sorting it?

Levels can reference the Survey Point or Project Base Point.

Lol ok maybe your right , I am not at work at the moment let me try to explain better. You know when you click on a elevation view and there are levels which are linked to the plan views ie  ground floor plan, first floor plans etc.if my first floor is 2700mm from ground level I want to get it's dimension from the damp proof couse which is 150mm from the ground, so my first floor height would actually read 2550 although it would be at the same height. My ground level would read as -150mm.i effectively want to move my zero level.

Go to an elevation, turn on Project Base Point, un-clip it and move it +150 mm from the Ground Level, re-clip it.  Done

Okay; back for round two.

The way I understand it, you want your Level to read a different Elevation (e.g. instead of the Level reading 2700mm; you want it to read 2550mm). Yes?

So, where is the 2700mm Level measured from? Answer: From the Level's "Elevation Base" (either the Survey Point or Project Base Point).   If you move that "Elevation Base" Point up 150mm, the Level Elevation will change to 2550mm.

Am I getting warm yet?
