changing the mirrored mesh length together?

I have mirrored room, A and B, but when I change the length or room A I want length in room B is changing automatically too, is this possible? if yes how?

Make Room A a group. Mirror the group to make Room B. Edit the group to make changes.

Or you can make a global parameter to keep both rooms equal.

Or, if you don't have global parameters, you can put a reference line down the mirrored line, draw a dimension string including both rooms and that reference line, and set the string to be equal.
