Changing room into space when export to gbXML

How can I change the room into space when I exporting the model into gbXML? 

Actually, I did the space and also zone in the model, but it does not work.

Try like these

First Add all Spaces wherever the room are locating and later By Space naming get the data for the spaces from rooms

Later u can proceed with your export

Check ,is that Space is Assigned with the Room Name, Room Number instead of Unoccupied
