The problem not at family, actually, the dirction as pic I need is like freeze or I can not do it.

if i understand, you need to change the direction or rotate the structural beam and column, the normal with chose direction of your drawing make a mirror element for u, but for make the rotate you need to change the Cross-Section Rotation and this make a great problem , he rotate the direction of element and axes too.
for this problem i make the new family with extra variable that have no problem to change the direction.
