Change family wire frame view into black and white

Hi,

I try to put a floor plan view into my title block, but the family I download is like colored wire frame, I wonder If I can change the color in to black and white.

It was modeled with 3dsmax or some other mesh modeler. There is a way to somewhat "solve" it through 3dsmax, but result are FAR from perfect. 

Up until Revit 2023, it's solved in 2023.
