Change color on arrows in selection box

Hi!

I have searched for the answer but can´t fint it. So.. Can someone help me?

I want to change the color on the arrow grips for the selection box, they are blue and hard too see sometimes, see the picture.

I have tried to change it in Object styles with no sucess.

There is no way to fix this.

Absolutely you can. Through Option=>Graphics.  Change the Pre-selection Color and then grab a grip to see the color change.

I´ve already done that, and it seems not to work. 😞

 I like blue grips ... if I were you i would opt to fiddle with the point cloud's color mode/tone 🙂

There is also an option to change the approach. You can turn the section box visibility off in view template.
And then use the "Reveal Hidden Elements" to display it and adjust the extents.

In Revit 2018.2, the grip arrows are now "moved to front" of other objects, making them easier to select.

They are still blue, however, and I don't know if the color can be changed. Perhaps it could be done with the API or Dynamo.

I find the arrows really difficult to see. Would be great if we could change their colour in the un-selected state.
