Certain room tags wont show on same level

Hello all, I hope you can help me solve this little mystery. 

I've been placing my room tags on my level, but somehow, certain room tags won't show up on the same level. I cant find the room tag in any views, although I its visible in the Room Schedule. The building has no level offsets, and I have checked my underlay and range settings for the room tag ( Weird, as the floor level is consistent, so why the room tag would place itself elsewhere makes no sense ) . Lastly, I've checked my graphic and display options. Walls, doors, and floors seems to be in place, so the room is enclosed.  

The issues is followed up by this warning: 

"None of the created elements are visible in Floor Plan: (03) 1.Sal - Disposition View. You may want to check the active view, its Parameters, and Visibility settings, as well as any Plan Regions and their settings."

Ive attached the plan, upper left corner where I have the problem. Hope someone can help me with my annoying issue.

You might have tried this already, but if you haven't will you delete the room tag that doesn't show in plan (if you can select it). Then select the one that can be seen and type CS (create similar) and use that room tag element to place a room tag in the place that you just deleted?
