Hi.
I have created a title block with an image of the company logo in it. The image appears fine in the print preview but will not actually print.
Thanks in advance..

Are you printing to a Plotter or to PDF?
Try saving to a dwf format and then print the dwf.

Must be something with your pdf printer.
Works fine here.
What pdf printer are you using ?
Hi @Anonymous
Disable the option for SpoolSmart® if it is present in the HP print driver preferences. This option is typically located in Printing Preferences > Services > Troubleshooting Menu > Enable SpoolSmart.
Un-check the box to disable this feature.
Let me know if that works.

Hi.
I do not have the option to click the troubleshooting menu. It is greyed out?
I am working at home today and cannot check the HP printer settings but I found something about the same problem.
Let's hope this helps.
Hi @Anonymous
Please check if you have the printer driver installed from HERE
Also which windows version are you using?

Hi @Anonymous
Yes, I looked the screenshot, did you uncheck that option?
Also, Windows 10 is compatible with HP Designjet T520. Please confirm if you have the latest print drivers installed? See HERE for more information.
(Install additional drivers highlighted below and see if it resolves the issue)
