Central model usage Tracking

I am working on a Project with 13 buildings and we are using a Central models.

 

There are 3 sometimes 4 people working on the Central models at any given time all on the electrical discipline.

 

Ever so often when I open a model to work on it some of my things have been moved or deleted weather by accident of not I don’t know.

 

So my question: Is there a way to monitor who accessed the model when and what did they change?

You can check central file log inside the central file folder

There is only 1 file in the File and that is the Central. Is it maybe not actively creating a log file? Is there a place I can check settings?
