Ceiling Plan

Hi, I am using Revit 2017 and created a three-story structure.  I applied a 2 x 2 ACT ceiling but cannot see it.  I cannot even select it within the ceiling plan view.  I can see it in 3D view and select it there.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  I am very new to Revit.

Yep. Ceiling is at 7'-4", view range must be lower than that, not 7'-6".

if you still don't see it, then check the tile material and make sure it has a surface pattern assigned.

..7 as in 7'-0"

Your ceiling height is at 7'-4" per your screenshot, not 8'-6".  Change the view range cut plane to something lower than 7'-4".

think about it @Anonymous: you are standing in the middle of the room looking up. Say you're 8'0" tall -- how would you see a ceiling if it is 7'6" from the floor? It's below you then; not above you. Get it?
