Ceiling Plan Not Visible

I'm trying to create a RCP but when I click on my ceiling view all I see is a box. Everything looks fine 3D view. I've already checked visibility graphics and I've tried playing around with view constraints. Please, any suggestions??

maybe check the phases/phase filters in this view or design options?

Is the box an actual box/floor or is it the crop region? If it's the crop region, try turning it off.

Could be a bunch of things. Since it's "just" a Midterm Project consider uploading the file and letting us have a closer look.

I'm with @se.ha on this.  I suspect Phase is set wrong.

Did you check to see what the box is?
