Double click in the viewport to activate and modify the view. The viewport will become larger or smaller if you change the scale of the view.

You can also move viewports to fit them better in the titleblock.

Yes, thank's for the advice. I know I can change the scale view double clicking is the viewport, but if want to delete in my titleblock the view elevation?

If cancel on title block cancel in floor plan.

In this video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mzLZnjqMRhs at minute 5:10, right) in title block she clicks on the board of floor plan level  that appear after activates view but in my case not appear that.

1: select active view in tile block for floor plan;

2. are be able to select other objet in floor plan after active the view;

3. what is the blue line used for? to drag the borad of floor plan and so hide the view elevation from title block?

Thank's

You need simple activate "Crop View" function and checkbox below "Crop Region Visibility" to show borders, then you can just drag edges as you need.2017-04-04

The blu line could be cancel or hide? Don't yet arrived on this step, but when trying to print or do a pdf is visible?

If click on the fllor plan crop and click on cancel delete it and the line. If click only on line and click cancel doesn't happen nothing.

I respectfully suggest that you take some training to understand the basics. Even though these forums are very useful, this is not the best place to learn everything from zero, step by step.

Those blue lines won't be printed, if you still want to hide them - just uncheck " Crop Region Visibility". ( highlighted in yellow in my upper screenshot)

That blue line is not a unique element that can just be deleted. It is defined by the viewport type. Please watch the following video. Also, please buy a beginner book or take a beginner class for Revit.
