cant move revit window

the whole window of revit will not move/ drag on my computor screen. i have tried with and without the mouse, nothing works. all my other windows can be moved and resized as normal. just not revit. Any idea what the deal is? its 2020 revit on a 2020 lenovo computor.

You got to pick it just right. Try grabbing at top-center.

Try restore down before moving.

Try update to Revit 2020.2 if you haven't already?
