Cant make regions work

I have tried a "Filled Region" and a "Masking Region" at this place where this 2'-10" space where the door will go.

I have tried bringing it forward in all the options and have even tried sending it back in all the options.

The wall I am working is is a "Stacked wall" (wood frame over CMU) and this is what shows when using "Foundation" level. Which is fine, just that I cant seem to manipulate it the way I want.

Converting individual lines to invisible did not seem to work either.

Any thoughts?

Can you confirm what you're trying to do?  Are you trying to block out a piece of wall to show where a door will go?

Check if your view is set to Wireframe.
