Cant Create Sweep

Hello Everyone, I have been trying to create sweep but I am getting an error "can not create sweep".

Are you trying to sweep the two model lines in your Family. What does the profile look like?

Circular profile sweeping model lines:

I would use revolve to fill those edge. See attached
