Cannot Load External Tools

I'm learning Navis work and want to save files on revit in Navis format and I can't find EXTERNAL TOOLS in Add-ins on revit.

what should I do?

Is Navisworks installed on that Revit computer?

Have you tried Appending the Revit file(s) directly into Navisworks?  If this method is used, Navisworks does the translation from RVT to NWC for you.

You can also download the Navisworks Export utility if you do not already have it installed >>Navisworks Exporters<<

I download external but still doesn't doesn't show up on my revit, I dont know why.

My navis work is 2019 and revit 2018. I downloaded external 2019 for  navis 2019. but is there a specific location that I have to extract them? as still doesn't show up on my Revit.

If you have Revit 2018 you need to download the 2018 Exporter for Navisworks...
