Are you using Revit 2022? Previous version don't have phase as schedule field.

Majority of the users would add-in shared parameter or project parameter and manually enter in those values.

What are you talking about here?  Applying a Phase to a Schedule? That capability exists pre-2022.

Yes i mean, i want to find it on "fields"

Your schedule properties shows "phase created". mine isn't.

What could be the problem?

What do you mean by "whats the category"? the listed elements are all "Specialty equipment" if that's what you mean.

I've upgraded the project to 2022 and i still can't find "Phase created" field.

@danezeq

Maybe you Can't find them under available Fields because they have been already added to the schedule and/or added and set to hidden...

PS: No need for 2022 ... Phase Created and Phase Demolished fields are available fields in Spc.Equip schedules since long time back

Maybe I didn't defined the schedule as specialty equipment? Is there anyway to do it retroactively?

Show a snapshot of your schedule view and its Field tab.

Then it is most probably one of the following

  1. Either You are selecting the fields from the wrong section (see select Fields From drop down menu)
  2. OR It is a Multi Category schedule what you are using and which has been renamed...in such case Phases also do not appear in Fields Available...When you open the Fields it should read which category is the schedule for:

You cannot change/switch the type of schedule once created...If it is only Specialty Equipment what you need, you have to re-create the schedule and use Specialty Equipment instead of Multi-Category
