Cannot find draw panel in Revit LT 2019

I am going through the tutorial videos for Revit 2019. In the create a level tutorial the video shows a draw panel  on the "Modify" tab of the ribbon. When I am on that tab in my install of Revit 2019 there is NO draw panel. HOw do I get it on the ribbon?

The ribbon (in Modify) has Properties, Clipboard, Geometry, Modify, View, Measure and Create, but NO Draw

This makes it impossible to follow the tutorial - what am I doing wrong?

What you see in the Modify panel depends upon what it is that you have selected. When you have regions, floors, roofs, selected, then you will get an option to Edit Boundary. When you click on Edit Boundary, then you will see the Draw panel.

Select object>>Modify>>Edit Boundary>>Draw

Nope. That didn't work either. Clicked on something, no draw panel.

Is nobody going to answer this question correctly? Every answer from a so-called 'Expert' has been blatantly incorrect. Can we get someone who actually knows the answer?

Wow. You're quite judgemental for someone seeking help.

Those tools don't show up until you are actually drawing something.

Try to start drawing a detail line (DL). When in the command you get the draw menu.

If for instance you want to fillet two lines that you have already drawn it is not enough to select them both.

Instead, start the DL command - than the draw menu appears - select the fillet icon - select the lines - than you can deside the radius.
