cannot download 2018.2

i cannot donwload 2018.2 update for revit on company software. when i login the my account, not update for me to download.

When I look at your account, it doesn't appear you have been added to your company's Subscription. I recommend reaching out to the Administrator of the software to ensure they add you as a user so the downloads appear in your account.

they are trying to add me to the company account, but they said my name is not correct  as ET, can you tell me where I can change it.

To clarify, this is the name on your Autodesk Account? What would you like the name on your Autodesk Account to be? Your contract manager should be able to assign you the downloads from their account management, as stated above by @crystal.r The name on your account should not be have any affect on your ability to download the software. You can also download the software from the virtual agent.
